His arm is sticking straight out, not raised, as he pinned the ball to the backboard. His chest was at least even w/ the bottom of the backboard. Insane hops.

I would like to see the side angle to see if he actually did jump that high or is it just because of the angle that he looks that high

Well, he did jump high to begin with, but he got an extra boost from the guy he blocked who jumped up into him and knocked him upwards. It was like that Tom Chambers dunk.
