players have been trash talking since football began its existence. yes, today they are more animated and outgoing but the style of play and the amount of emotion involved in the game has progressed since 1893. if you think hester and flynn never jaw jacked a little bit youre not paying attention...

while the upswing of the last 10 years has been incredible for the program, we still have a long way to go to reach the level of accomplishment that teams such as notre dame, michigan, bama, and the u (yes the U) have. florida state had a run of 15 years finishing in the top 5. we're not there yet...

lsu has more than enough talent and fanbase support to be an elite program. elite programs like ohio state and usc and oklahoma arent satisfied with 8 and 9 win seasons and neither should we if we want to be among the elite. if you want to be mediocre then go ahead...jackassessssssssss :thup:...

overall just in 3 years our program has lost its luster and our media attention derives from coach miles media and gametime blunders. we're all hype until the season starts. call me a negatiger but what do you expect from a fan who likes to see bigtime victories from bigtime players and coaches? ...
