re: Name the craziest job you've ever had...... - Gr8t8s
Got my real estate license and quit College so nothing there. I did have one part time job a couple years later when real estate was a little slow. It was working tech support for a computer company. Nothing crazy about that except for one person. He called every single day with the same problem...

re: Watching Mad Men's Final Show...what was the best series finale? - Gr8t8s
I enjoyed the first couple of seasons quite a bit. Enjoyed how they pitched the ideas. Then, it started to deteriorate.....and I realized I kept watching to see if it could bring back any of the magic. Never did....then I just watched it to see it end. ...

I thought the finale and the last two years sucked arse honestly. One of my favorite finale shows was from the shield. Justified was bad arse as well. ...

re: I've never owned a drone or had any urge to own one until I saw Lily. - Gr8t8s
Also have to keep in mind that the new FAA regulations coming down the pipe mean that you won't be able to fly within 5 miles of an airport, higher than 500', or after sunset....

re: I've never owned a drone or had any urge to own one until I saw Lily. - Gr8t8s
I have a DJI Phantom 2+. Camera quality is pretty lackluster. Plus, new FAA guidelines/regulations on the horizon basically mean that you cant fly it "commercially" which is the only reason I have it. I have to fly it for personal use......in other words, free. It only has about a 15 minute fly time...

re: Experiences with Metoprolol? (Beta Blockers) - Gr8t8s
We will see. I haven't started taking it just yet. I've been dealing with the anxiety for about three years now. It just kind of showed up out of nowhere. Hopefully this will help...

Yes! Happens to me all the time. Oddly though my symptoms get much worse during the winter months. Once summer hits my symptoms almost completely go away. ...

re: Experiences with Metoprolol? (Beta Blockers) - Gr8t8s
I've been hospitalized due to panic attacks before. I know exactly how bad they can be, what I'm saying is that I don't understand, why in my case, I have these anxiety issues. ...
Cool story bro. Not everyone shares the same life experiences as you.
Maybe I should edit to make it more clear that I'm talking about my personal anxiety diagnosis?...
oh mr. "it's a wonderful life". Maybe everyones family isn't as perfect as yours. Maybe they have a sickness. Maybe some people have to work for a living, and maybe some people are just poor. Damn
What in the actual frick? I'm talking about my personal diagnosis of anxiety. ...
It will make you tired for the first few days.
If it makes me go to sleep at night, that will be a welcome addition. As soon as I lay down at night, sporadic palpitations and rapid heart beat keep me from going to sleep till 2-3 am. Weird thing is, I can get up and go back in the livi...

re: Experiences with Metoprolol? (Beta Blockers) - Gr8t8s
I've never understood MY Anxiety diagnosis, though. I literally have nothing to cause that much stress. Great family, love my work (self-employed), do well, get out a lot, etc....

Experiences with Metoprolol? (Beta Blockers) - Gr8t8s
Originally was diagnosed with Anxiety, but went to a cardiologist and they say that I have benign Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia. Prescribed a very low dosage of this Metoprolol.....wondering what to expect.... They seem to think the Tachycardia causes the anxiety feelings and not the ot...

re: Best Laptop for Photo Editing, Under $1500ish - Gr8t8s
My iMac 27" has a great monitor. If I get a MBP, I'll have no issue connecting to that for larger jobs, but I need a great accurate screen so that I don't "have" to connect to the desktop for the smaller, less important jobs. Being sharp and color correct is the absolute, single most important thing...

re: Best Laptop for Photo Editing, Under $1500ish - Gr8t8s
Professional photo editing. Compositing 3-20 raw images in a single psd in Photoshop regularly. Very little hardcore video editing. On board storage is irrelevant to me. I have drobo raid system that all the work gets transferred to. If I pick up a 2014 refurbished MacBook Pro with quad core...

re: Best Laptop for Photo Editing, Under $1500ish - Gr8t8s
Yeah, that's what I really hate.....not being able to do some upgrades. My main machine is a 2011 27" iMac with 32gb RAM. Have been needing to put the ssd drive in there to make a hybrid......but that upgrade makes me nervous to do on my own. I would think the 16gb with SSD on laptop should be m...

Lightroom and Photoshop. Raw photos typically about 20mb each. Some file sizes can approach 1gb in Photoshop. I think I could do 13" but no smaller. Don't want bigger than 15". ...

Best Laptop for Photo Editing, Under $1500ish - Gr8t8s
Screen has to be amazing. A #1 most important thing for me. Has to be fast. Been a Mac guy for a long time and was thinking about getting a refurbished 15" Macbook Pro with Retina screen & 16GB RAM. Not opposed to going with a PC for the right deal......I just don't follow PC's as much and don't kno...

re: Best days of the week for booking flights? - Gr8t8s
I was booking first class to Phx over a month out. Checked it every day. Fare jumped around a lot. At one point, it went from 900 to 1800 in a matter of hours and back down to 1300 a couple hours later. Ended up booking at 900 through delta with the low price guarantee. ...
