Zerohedge

quote:

“A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty.”

- James Madison

The IRS has stockpiled 4,500 guns and five million rounds of ammunition in recent years, including 621 shotguns, 539 long-barrel rifles and 15 submachine guns.

The Veterans Administration (VA) purchased 11 million rounds of ammunition (equivalent to 2,800 rounds for each of their officers), along with camouflage uniforms, riot helmets and shields, specialized image enhancement devices and tactical lighting.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) acquired 4 million rounds of ammunition, in addition to 1,300 guns, including five submachine guns and 189 automatic firearms for its Office of Inspector General.

According to an in-depth report on “The Militarization of the U.S. Executive Agencies,” the Social Security Administration secured 800,000 rounds of ammunition for their special agents, as well as armor and guns.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) owns 600 guns. And the Smithsonian now employs 620-armed “special agents.”

This is how it begins.

Y’all are scared of a bunch of soy boys? I can’t believe the fear porn with this board, and the IRS. They’re not some military branch, or law enforcement branch.

No, because I’m not scared of the IRS. They’re a bunch of wimps.

But it's obviously trying to militarize parts that weren't before. It's all about numbers and intimidation.

Do you even understand how dumb you sound?

No one is “scared.” Rather we actually understand this is a dangerous game they seem to be playing and the direction it’s heading.

The ignorant little totalitarian inside of you doesn’t seem the least bit concerned. Not surprising. For some odd reason you believe they won’t come after you as well.

Our actual military couldn't defeat some sandal wearing cave men in 10 years with unlimited resources, I'm not super concerned about the IRS Special Soy Unit's abilities

They are not intimidating what so ever. You guys just blew this out of proportion, because the feds have cracked down on people not paying their taxes. I hate the IRS, and think it’s ridiculous we have to pay more taxes, but they’re not going to be a threat to us. My AR’s say bring it on, but they won’t bring it on.

They will need more than that! Most of those white collar worms probably have never shot a gun and would piss their pants when faced any confrontation. As far as the military, I believe many of the active army would not bear arms against their average countrymen in a civil war.
The left continues with delusional thinking. If pushed to the point of actual civil war, leftist could not hold up.

Do you understand how dumb you sound? How is this a dangerous game? What are they going to do? Are they not allowed to have guns or at least, have a pistol strapped to their waist, when out doing their thing?

I hate paying taxes, but this has been blown out of proportion.

LOL taxation is literally theft by force perpetrated by the government. It’s why you will willfully pay more and more and more every time they raise your taxes that go into a black hole in DC, where it’s wasted away into oblivion. Good grief you are stupid.

I’m sorry. I forgot you knew about my personal life, and the several IRS notes I’ve received lately, saying I still owe them money, because I refuse to pay it.

Went the SS office with my dad about a year ago and it had a armed guard with a vest, and he also had a stun gun. He looked ex military and not like some soy boy mall cop.

He took his job serious. He asked us if we had any weapons etc… While we were there he looked in a woman’s purse and made her take something back to her car.

He wasn’t mean just good at his job.

There a lot SS offices that need guns and ammo, so those numbers make sense and maybe even on the low side.

If a Civil War went down, I don't think the rules of engagement would be as restrictive as they were in Afghanistan.

Imagine thinking that a government bureaucracy obtaining weapons to conduct its own raids, under its own authority, with a history of targeting political opposition, using evidence that is “privileged”, isn’t a dangerous game.

Admits the Feds are cracking down on people not paying their taxes.
Admits to not paying taxes.
Thinks the Feds won’t crack down on him for not paying taxes.
