until she's a US citizen, (takes 3 years) all he has to do is contact ICE, withdraw his affavit of support, and she'll be deported. If he leaves the US, she can't file for divorce. Once she's back home, He can divorce her with no argument about it....

sure. go to a military base,grab some M4's, M9's, and gobs of ammo for both. Then get a diesel vehicle, a fuel tank on a trailer. and diesel generator. You have to go live there for a few months, at least, and get to know her friends, family, co workers, work history, etc. Then you go home and send for her on a fiance visa, yourself.
