Anyway. The point was obviously ( as Navy pointed out earlier) that none of these guys come close to being related
to a true 'Deficit Hawk.'
Runaway spending has been in force, and the norm for quite sometime now. If you look at the rate of how some of these guys piled on, whether we had a surplus (never), was balanced (once), or knee-deep in red ink, the next to 'succeed the throne' was like 'frick it, I have an agenda, I got shite I wanna do,' etc.
My question was basically, who did it at a slower
rate. If we did a percentage at which the deficit accelerated to infinitesimal proportions, who, admittedly very faintly, more closely resembled a 'Hawk'?
