Yes those little guns would repel a government takeover

There's an idiot in every bunch.

You mean the military that's been at war for what, 12 years? We have a lot of hands on experience. Or do you honestly believe the military would let you take what they have vested: pay and benefits, retirement, lifetime medical benefits.

You are not just walking up to DC armed in a mob, people will be shooting at you.

Or do you honestly believe that members of the military will ignore the Constitution and fire on American citizens?

Feel free to try to come take mine away. Bring friends, I'll wait. Oh, and pack a lunch, cuz it's gonna be a long day.

f you have to register for a car/ license then how about a gun?

It's amazing to me how so many people in this country are too stupid to understand the difference between a right enumerated in the Constitution and a privilege granted by the state.

It's people like you that the Founding Fathers rebelled against. You're on the wrong side of this argument, but hey, keep digging that hole if you like.

Yes if it means protecting the Constitution. What's the point of having my retirement from the military if the very thing I swore to defend is so easily thrown away for a check, seems to me I might well have been a Merc if I am going to think like that.

People that want to overthrow the govt, the types are out there for all to see, only give a shite about their version of the constitution.

You don't like something? vote it out, its why we have a political system.

Exactly, however some on here are fapping about the potential of using the military against legal law abiding gun owners, I will not follow unlawful orders by any superior, I guess YMMV when it comes to that.

That wont happen and it would be unlawful.

It's real easy to play games with terms such as "lawful" and "unlawful".

What about an AR makes it so awful a citizen shouldn't own one?

Exactly. It's so easy to retort against the "nobody needs XXXX gun" argument.

Since when does the government get to decide what free citizens need or want?

You are so ignorant and arse backwards that you have no idea what youre talking about. You are void. You stand for nothing. You are soulless. You deface the very doctrine that you swore to protect. Foreign and domestic. Do you know what that means dipshit? Thanks for your service by the way.

Should any private citizen have a nuclear weapon?

If you say no, you're saying that the government should restrict, to some extent, what weapons people can have. From there, we just need to figure out how much control the government should have.

"Arms" refers to small arms. Constitution already limited it.
