re: Pre-existing conditions under ObamaCare - MikeBRLA
So you like the idea of people having no insurance, having something catastrophic, like cancer, heart disease, limb cut off, and being able to go obtain insurance after the face and insurance pays for it?
Exactly it's like buying car insurance after you get in a wreck. ...

re: Real estate agent commission - MikeBRLA
The reality is real estate agents show properties which can make them the most money. Free feel to get an agent that will agree to a lower commission, but just understand that your home will be not be shown as much as the other homes in your area that offer a higher commission split. re: Flat Brim Snap-Back hats... - MikeBRLA
The "dad hats" are overtaking flat bills on the east/west coast in trendy circles, just like looser fitting pants creeping in on the skinny trend. Agreed that style is cyclical. Makes me feel old that I remember the last cycle.
Good...this means all my clothes will be back in style...

re: EBR Parish has spent over $700 million on traffic projects since 2006. - MikeBRLA
I hear what you are saying but we have paid and the citizens are tired of paying. Every time a new tax is proposed it is sold as "this tax will fix XXXX" and XXXX never gets fixed. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. ...
