I have long been a proponent of the shrimp po boy, but I've recently come to realize that the oyster po boy is significantly superior.

Which is your go to po boy selection?

As much as I respect the greatness of a fried oyster poboy, the shrimp is my favorite.

The answer varies but a hot sausage with fried shrimp is tough to beat.

Picking a favorite po-boy is like asking someone to pick their favorite child.

In no particular oder, I almost always get:

Roast Beef
Hot Sausage
Shrimp
Oyster

But when I'm feeling kooky, I love getting a French Fry Po-Boy w/ roast beef gravy (Liuzza's makes a good one).
