Are Bahn Mi considered poboys? In this day of $10-15 poboys the Bahn Mi at Dong Phuong for $3.50 is an incredible value.

Um no, your post is the one that's BS. I was referring to Lester Earl's post count, not hers. Try again.

I'll agree. Cheddar doesn't sound great.

You're right, but Lester gets out plenty as well.

That's the Peacemaker at Mahony's
People eat chargrilled oysters with cheese all the time. No different on a poboy loaf.

you gonna put a stick of butter on your po boy too?
Posted on 2/20/15 at 3:09 pm to Lester Earl
If it tastes good I would. The BBQ shrimp poboys I've had at some places are legit and I'm sure they have plenty of butter

thats a big part of the recipe

Exactly my point. Who cares what's on it, as long as it tastes good? shite have you seen some of the concoctions that Seithers has come up with?

quote:Bear's and R&O for me. I tried a place on the West Bank couple of years ago that was right up there. Forget the name of it but they got a lot of pub from the TP in that RB po-boy survey.
My favorite is Bear's on the Northshore
Very underwhelmed by Parkway the last time I went.
