I love getting a French Fry Po-Boy w/ roast beef gravy (Liuzza's and Arabi Food Store makes a good one).

Dressed shrimp po boy from Parkway.

This for me is #1 as well.

And I agree about french fry poboys.. pretty big waste of money and calories.

Saw some good nominees here.

Oyster w/ cheddar & bacon
Shrimp w/ Swiss & RB gravy

Best I've ever had was Darrell's Special, 2nd was Chimes' andouille-crusted oyster w/ blue cheese slaw

Parkway Surf & Turf = overrated

Capital City Crawfish has a good double stuffed shrimp po boy and a good roast beef with debris gravy. Have not tried their oyster po boy yet and they have a remoulade shrimp po boy that sounds interesting.
