What's the OBs opinion on this caliber. Looking at a deer/elk rifle in 325 WSM caliber and I don't know much about it. Is the ammunition easily available? Any draw backs to that caliber? Is 180gr bullet too much for a whitetail(overkill)? ...

Man that's sounds amazing to just be able to see deer of that size. Much less kill them consistently. I know I need to talk to my friend but I was looking for a rough outline of dates for the rut. I can't seem to find it anywhere online....
