Picked up my first tanto EDC about a month ago. Gerber EVO. I didn't think I'd like the tanto as it gets LOTS of hate, but I love mine so far.

Mexicans always carry those razor knives

I don't lose knives, so I buy good ones. The one I've been EDC'ing for the past 5 years is a Spyderco Paramilitary combo blade

At work ill have my mini grip

Away from work I like my 940-1 osborne

Hunting or messing around in the woods Ive got a big grip with S30V

If i have one in my pocket I wont necessarily go out of my way to get another one but i try to keep a couple of them in better shape.

Zero Tolerance finally caught up with the back log of some of their new knives announced at ShotShow.

I received my 0450 yesterday and I gotta say it is an amazing knife. It has the perfect sizing for an edc folder.

I was going to post a review but one of the Blogs I frequent posted it today and it pretty much says everything I feel.

I give it 9.5/10 with the only ding being the swedge on the blade back which makes it almost impossible to open without using the flipper. I might come to not care but after 1 day that is my impression.

how do people with $100 plus folder EDC knife beat on it and such? I mean an EDC knife is just that. Something that will get abused. I pry, dig, and beat on my knife. I don't always have a fixed blade avail for heavy use so I use the EDC as best I can. 30 folder that fits in a pocket is just fine.

I would hate to do this with a high dollar folder. Knowing most folders cant take beating like a fixed blade.

Get a good folder, and it can. I've used my Spyderco Paramilitary every day for probably 5 years with no problems or breakage

do you hit yours with a hammer? I have and the it does beat up a knife. Would hate to do this to a high dollar knife.
