re: Anyone flipping flooded homes? - AutoYes_Clown
Any major road blocks?
Everything has to be cash, including purchase of house. Insurance, appraisal, lack of quality contractors, and many other factors make it very difficult. Need minimum 90-100% of ARV in expendable cash just to begin....

re: Redfish from kayak - AutoYes_Clown
I would go first few times where you wont run into a terrible amount of boaters. PAC in winter is probably that place. Dont listen to the haters. I had tandem kayak that was awesome. I took family and friends out who were inexperienced. My wife became very good and would outfish me. Contrary t...

re: Any Money in Cattle Farming? - AutoYes_Clown
In the 80's and 90's, my grandfather managed 100-150 head. I think a few years he made more off the government in tax credit than he did profits from cattle. In the 2000's he switched his pastures over to growing high-quality alfalfa for horses in Kentucky and Tennessee. I helped him a lot and quali...

re: 2016 Ford F150 Lariat 4x2 - AutoYes_Clown
I test drove all trim levels before getting my '16 F150 4x2. The reason I got the 4x2 is because it is extremely light on its feet and drives like a luxury SUV. The FX4 rode like crap in comparison and I finally decided I didnt really have a need for 4wd and shock package. The only time the truc...

re: Baton Rouge metro area real estate prices post-flood - AutoYes_Clown
The flood has caused it to be a sellers market. Appraisals are tied to insurance and lending. The only things that would change appraisal should either be damage or remodel. But to contradict that I have seen some homes where agent fluffed up asking price due to demand. What has drastically chang...
