I have Halibut, fresh gulf shrimp, speckled trout and redfish on the half shell awaiting me at home. Not sure what I'm gonna do yet.

You should cook seafood.

Just put a whole chicken in the oven to roast. Dat bitch is sitting on a bed of onions, carrots and celery and stuffed with fresh rosemary, basil, garlic, oregano and chives. Half a head of cauliflower , dressed with paprika , chili powder, fresh black pepper and evoo is nestled beside her.

Salad (herb lettuce mix, cuces, tomatoes, homemade vinagrette), sliced leftover cold Costco roast chicken and some sourdough/parmesan toasts. Monday nights are always tough.

I have accepted a gracious invitation from Motorboat to eat at his house this evening. I suggest you do the same.

Been eating too greasy of food lately, so probably a bottle of Sauv Blanc.
Maybe snack on leftover mustard greens.

Baking some salmon tonight along with some dirty rice and veggies. Making a honey-soy glaze to baste the salmon.

Gonna throw together whatever I have in the fridge. Some grains, lentils, maybe sautéed mushrooms. Just finished a long bike ride so might pound some bananas too.

It's never too early. Old people like Otis and OG eat by 5.
