I think the gambino and muff at Cochon Butcher are up there. Love the oyster loaf at Casamento's. Had a RB, with extra gravy at Chimes recently that was "run down your elbows" delicious! Seasoned just right. Too many to know for sure...

Just an up-date. Added more cumin, hot sauce and ham hock fat to my rb&r and they win. Best rb&r ever. The smoked sausage from Teet's in Ville Platte helped as well! Cheers!...
