Leftover Kabobs, Grilled chicken thighs, Caesar salad.
Didn't cook anything new today because we're having lunch for six (no kids) at L'Italiano Restaurant tomorrow in Bossier City. Best Italian food in North La. by far.

Agreed. They've been doing it well for a long time.

Btw, Zach have you seen that book called "A Taste of Brocato's Recipes?" My mother was showing it to me a week or so ago. This guy collected the recipes from the original kitchen and they are all in bulk quantity format, but I think it would be easy to do the math and make some for dinner. I'm going to try their once-famous snapper a la Brocato soon.
