Haven't seen it. Brocato's was a great Italian place back in the day. Senate Bean Soup was terrific. Had a sign from the 1940s "It's tough to pay two dollars for a steak. It's tougher to pay one dollar."

That's a great quote. I went a few times back in the 90s. My family bounced between there and Dominic's. Along with my personal favorite T.S. Station.

Brocato's was an institution; cool that they put out that book even if it is rudimentary by today's cook book standards. Here's a link to it: LINK

I used some fried pecans that are slightly candied. I'll use those again. I worship speckled trout.
