I love Real Cajun and cook out of it all the time. Everything comes out great. I will buy this book.

Been out for a while now. A friend of mine has it and I browsed through it while visiting. Looks fantastic.

I'm ordering it as well or I'll buy it next week when I'm in Nola. I have it in my wish list bag on Amazon. I'm building up some things for one order right now.

Agreed. I ordered it the day I first posted in this thread. Looks great. Need to find some time to read the stories...and make something.

Maybe "Southern Cuisine" is the new movement, as "Cajun " was in the early '80's. I'd much prefer that to the molecular bullshite.

Bah humbug. I'm not paying big money to eat cotton candy at a white tablecloth, even if it does taste like lamb.

Adding this to my list. I'm a big Link fan.

ETA:Braised chicken with salami and olives sounds fantastic.
