Can't beat Horsey sauce.

Love their Tater Cakes, too. The wife (MHNBPF) is partial to curly fries. Wonder if she would like to go to Arby's tonight? It could be like a date -like an evening on the town.

Edited to add:

Actually forgot it was Tuesday, which is two for one day at every Mexican Restaurant in Meridian. I had chicken enchiladas and the wife had Chicken Quesadillas. Pre-meal chips and salsa were worth more to me than the total bill.

Leftover beef tenderloin. Either between some white bread or wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Either way it will have this bombass blue cheese/ horseradish sauce I made last night on it:

Couple blobs of Hellmans
Big fat dollop of extra bad horseradish
Large handful of crumbled blue cheese
Juice of half a lemon
13 shavings of lemon zest
Blast of Sriracha
Dash of cayenne
Pinch of salt

No. Arby sauce is the only reason anyone should go to arbys. Anybody that gets anything other than a roast beef sand with a ton of arby sauce and curly fries is a communist. I have no feelings on other peoples drink selection.

I would do that sandwich on french bread or a toasted kaiser roll, myself

I sauteed one container of Guidry's Fresh Cuts and five cloves of garlic (diced fine) in a small amount of pecan oil. Sliced up some Rabideaux's venison and pork sausage (2 links) and got a little color on those, as well.

Two containers of chicken stock, one 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes, cumin, oregano, thyme. 2/3 of a package of Poche's tasso and some Tony's, all in the crock pot on top of the beans and the sauteed veg and sausage.

Mais, la! I can't even begin to tell you how good. Next time I'll use half a package. I might have too much for the freezer. Or I'll feed people at work tomorrow.

Or maybe if TigerHam is hungry?

It needs cornbead (my husband will make and that). It needs rice (my husband will make and eat that).
It could be good over quinoa, right? I might make and eat that.

Pics later.

A cheating gumbo.

1 lb smoked sausage d&d
1 store bought rotisserie chicken
1 box lj bayou mixes gumbo mix

Easy enough for when I have the gumbo envee and not enough time to make it the real way. Me and the family like it too.
