Today was inerdasting.
Made some marinated steak stir fry with green beans and hot sauce over rice. But I ate most of it a few minutes ago.
Lucy will be waking up in half an hour. But Zach always has a back up plan. Got some skrimps and gonna stir fry them with a similar sauce and serve over steamed rice.
She has the option of pasta with ground beef.

Just got back from vacation and am very very excited to be back home to my kitchen. Making red beans and rice tonight.
I have certainly missed being able to cook my own meals. Mostly because Navarre beach is not vegan friendly. Can't say it has too many other great options either.
My Vitamix definitely kept my sane.
