No scale movement (in fact it went the wrong way a little) lately, but I feel and see a difference. I've lost a belt size, for example. I'm not doing much in the way of cardio so I don't expect to see as much scale movement as I do physical change. Hopefully the scale trends the right way soon as well.

Did legs this morning.. left asscheek cramped

Sounds like you're essentially taking in what a person with say, Gastric Bypass, would be taking in. Just without the surgery.

What's the liquid diet consist of and do they have you on any supplements (Iron, b12 etc)?

Hulk you need to check out hemp hearts. 3 tablespoon serving yields 170 calories, 13 grams fat(10 grams omega fatty acids) and ten grams protein.

I'll jump in here.

I've given Mouton shite for spouting bro science (which is up to discussion) but he's right on this. They are great to use in greek yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, and they do have great protein for the fat and kcal they pack.

6' 176.9 btw, would like to get down to 170 but still TBD
