Here's my take on it:
1 cup coffee (basic K-cup stuff)
1 TBSP unrefined coconut oil
1 TBSP unsalted kerrygold butter
1/2 TBSP heavy cream
1 stevia packet

Haven't weighed myself in a while. Don't even care.
I've lost weight though. Clothes are all loose and synch my belt a hole tighter.
I'm on oatmeal for breakfast and low carbin it. Not quite zero, but almost.
Strawberries have helped lately with the blood sugar. I'm taking psyllium twice a day too.
Feel great.

Those are my only carbs besides fruit.
They're early in the day and get burned off right after I workout.

Why not just not have the oatmeal? Your body does not need the carbs for energy.

I haven't posted in awhile that's because I have seen much weight loss lately, I've been pretty much maintaining but I'm about to get strict on the diet again because I want to lose about 5-9 more pounds by summer and then tone up during the summer
