Part doctor part me, I've had knee surgery in past and my knee will lock up occasionally. I tried doing the machine squats and I couldn't even do a set of 10 at 220 before my knee locked up

First time seeing the 170's since high school. Diet has been really solid over the past few weeks. Training hard for triathlon in September and playing basketball in leagues twice a week is getting me into the best shape of my life.

Yea i know what you mean. I haven't been in this good of shape since I played basketball in high school. Now it's a great way to get a few hours of enjoyable, hard core cardio a few times a week.

Didn't see you at the gym, we were there til 8:30. But I saw you drinking in the FBD thread so that's why I guess

363/267/220

Yesterday was a leg day and hit a little upper body..
3x8 BB Lunges
2x30 air squats
2x5 power cleans
3x8 Hamstring machine
3x8 calf raises
3x5 leg press machine

2x10 DB bench press
2x10 DB chest flys
2x10 DB shoulder press
2x10 DB rows

Needless to say, I left that gym dragging some serious arse I got home and had a post-workout dinner of brown rice, cucumber, and salmon sushi, a protein shake, and several glasses of water.

Getting off the carbs has been damn near impossible. At least I dropped a little weight last week, but still ate too much and too many carbs.

Yesterday was my first good carb day but calories were a bit high.

Cadfasting today. Hopefully by tomorrow the carb cravings will subside because at the moment I am freaking starving to death.

I'm also trying to get back to low sodium because my BP feels like my head is about to pop off.

Glad to see your back in the game. You don't want to wake in the 2's again.
