I don't disagree with the punishment but I do wonder about the ramifications. It set a precedent.
What is funny is watching the pledge mom rap the n word after saying she'd never say the word.

Cap, if this were me 22 years ago my parents would have made me walk home from school. I agree, they should walk away and hope the U of Phoenix accepts him.

In Bethel School District v. Fraser the US Supreme Court upheld the suspension of a high school student who made the following nominating speech for a candidate for President of his class. The court deemed it sexually vulgar.
"I know a man who is firm - he's firm in his pants, he's firm in his shirt, his character is firm - but most of all, his belief in you the students of Bethel, is firm. Jeff Kuhlman is a man who takes his point and pounds it in. If necessary, he'll take an issue and nail it to the wall. He doesn't attack things in spurts - he drives hard, pushing and pushing until finally - he succeeds. Jeff is a man who will go to the very end - even the climax, for each and every one of you. So you all keep thinking that these two SAE assclowns have some kind of lawsuit against Oklahoma after saying **** repeatedly in the context of committing murder by hanging, but it is not reality. Especially not with the composition of the court now.
