Sometimes after I sneeze, I smell something that is similar to the scent of a dog's anal sacs. Not that I have ever intentionally smelled those, but I often wonder if this smell after I sneeze is some kind of release from my sinuses.

The pic is not real. You remove clots and blood in the airway via suctionand there is no way a clot would stay intact all the way from the bronchial airways.

If anything they would do a bronchial lavage to break it up and then suction out liquid.

That picture very well may be real, but it's not from the story attached to it and it damn sure didn't get pulled out of some 80-year-old's nose.

About 10 years ago, the right side of my nose kept being congested. One afternoon, I tried blowing my nose about 100 times just focusing on the right nostril.

shite sounded like a trumpet and sent vibrations up through my brain. Then on one honk, out came a huge brown snot oyster. I was in awe of this thing. I could instantly breathe 10 X better.

Tldr; honked out snot oyster from sinuses, was awesome.

I'd trade 3 future bjs and 1 orgasm to be named later to know what that felt like.

Actually, the qoute doesn't say that this was pull out of he nose. If it was encountered during an attempt at intubation, wouldn't it have been pulled out of his throat?
