I worked my arse off so my wife could stay home with our 2 young kids after they were born. We thought it was important during those first years. It would be great if that was somehow subsidized. Our government can’t even help out Americans during a pandemic so frick you, you’re on your own....

Guy I grew up with was bilingual in English and French. Smart as hell too. Enlisted with Marines after high school. Another buddy enlisted with him and said soon after boot camp the guy went dark and his personal effects were sent home. CIA for sure, but he’s prob not pulling the trigger....
