shite sounded like a trumpet and sent vibrations up through my brain. Then on one honk, out came a huge brown snot oyster. I was in awe of this thing. I could instantly breathe 10 X better.

The only way I could see that coming out of a person intact like that is if it was during an autopsy and someone was being extra careful to remove it in one piece.

Being removed via autopsy is possible.
