going around facebook. i have my doubts

Wouldn't that fall apart when they tried to remove it?
After I had sinus surgery, a big wad of something similar came out of my nose when they removed the packing. A big wad, though, not stringy like that.

I had the same shite happen to me Hairy Ballsack. The four weeks after my sinus surgery was god awful to put it mildly.

ETA: that pic damn sure looks real, but I just don't think clotted blood would have the tensile strength to pull out from the nose to the bottom of the lungs like that...

I've seen some of the grossest things pulled from people's sinus cavities during sinus and facial reconstruction surgeries.
