Bulletproof intermittent fasting. Read up on it.

High fat, mod protein, low carb, low toxicity diet.

The fats keep you satieated and feeling great. Get the diet right first, then add in 2 to 3 days per week of high intensity weight training

In my experience, the real benefit of exercise is to help you realize how hard it is to burn 500 calories v. not stuffing them in your fat face.

If you work and have a life, you cannot exercise away a bad diet.

Keep it up but do not expect to continue to lose at that rate. A lot of people drop a ton of weight the first week or two of a diet. It is not fat you are losing. It is water. Especially on a low carb diet. You should be content to average a couple of pound of weight loss per week.

cut out sugar and you're basically flushing that toxin. you'll feel extremely different

you are correct sir.

ever read the sugar blues?

refined sugar remove minerals from the body to digest them! FACT!!!

sugar cane, does not do that, because it is natural and has everything in it to be digested properly without stripping the body of anything!

as a former pb junkie, I was dismayed to find out about molds and toxins in peanuts from watching KNOW THE CAUSE.

now those molds and toxins likely won't be noticed by a fairly healthy person, but a toxic overweight person should avoid those til the proper balance is acheived.

I never knew til recently that broad spectrum antibiotics killed off friendly bacteria, and if one never replaces them with probiotics, the yeasts and mold will fatten you up!! FACT!!!

it happened to me...didn't figure it out for years.
KNOW THE CAUSE tv show raised my awareness.

I'm 64, but on no medications, no aches and pains, no diabetes, no HBP.

if you have a weight issue, find KNOW THE CAUSE on tv and learn about the yeasts and molds.

I lost 80 pounds 5 years ago... went from 279 to 199 in 5 months...... high protein low carb to basically no carb... moderate walking but no great amount of exercise.... the key was WATER...WATER...WATER...i drank nothing else close as I could to a gallon a day, no cheating with soft drinks, tea, milk, beer, no alcohol of anykind for 5 months and ZERO cheat meals or CHEAT days for 5 months tried to consume as close to 100 or more grams of carbs a day and as close to zero carbs as possible. Main diet was Eggs and just the whites when possible anyway you can cook them, Grilled ONLY chicken, GRILLED only fishes, and GRILLED only beef of anykind....pork products only for breakfast and in moderation. Had a greens salad twice a week for lunch with just enough dressing to have a taste loaded with veggies. Nothing to eat after 6pm anyday. It worked for me.

Terrell Owens used to just eat McDonalds during training camp. You tell me.
some people just have that genetic makeup where they can eat whatever the hell they want and still not gain anything.

or they are working out to be an elite WR in the NFL. Eating like that isn't ideal but its not going to effect him like it would your average joe that runs few miles a week. Has nothing to with genetics.

NOt reading 10 pages.

Few thoughts:

A) Dieting is a lifestyle, don't do something that will burn you out.

B) Make wholesale changes to certain things, no sodas, no fast foods etc. Eliminate the horrible shite completely.

C) Eat 5 meals a day. Make sure they are porportioned correctly and balanced

D) No carbs AT ALL after 6:00

E) Make exercising a part of your routine but that's not going to be your driving force to weight loss. It keeps you mentally eager to accomplish more goals and stay mentally on track dieting etc. Find things you enjoy. Don't kill yourself, just go at your own pace and slightly keep pushing yourself for gains.

I especially like the confidence that many have in their misinformation.

A calorie counting app helps in a couple different ways.
1. You limit your calorie intake
2. When you enter in a fried donut, then realize that the fried donut takes up all your allotted calories for the day, you tend to make changes. Because one fried donut at breakfast will not keep you satisfied the entire day.

Biggest change you have to make is in your mind.

Look into mindfulness training. You need to be aware of what you're doing and your harmful habits.

First take a long term approach...give yourself a year to make progress because it's very hard to see big time results off the bat.

Create an eating plan based on total calories as others have stated. Stick to it 6 days a week at least.

Get on a weight training program and include cardio...starting with brisk walking...work up to high intensity interval training when you get in better shape.
