Langston yes I have maintained it....I went to and all meat and vegetable diet after getting down and will mix in fruit from time to time....ZERO rice, potato, pasta, or bread products PERIOD. Still maintain water as primary drink and have added tea sweetened with stiva or splenda only with a meal. I do cheat meal or cheat day from time to time but no more than twice a month.
