If she isn't operating heavy machinery or performing open heart surgery then who gives a frick?

Just worry about yourself and everything will be fine.

If you have to come to the OT to find an answer to this question you should not be in charge of anyone.

If you are asking this question, maybe you shouldn't be in a leadership position.

It's pretty easy to tell which posters in this thread have never, and will never progress beyond low level service industry jobs.

So...when someone else brings it up, and it is elevated to HR, eventually they will come to you and say "why didn't you say something". You may not know what's going on in her private life...but when it was elevated to you, it put your job on the line. Are you willing to lose your job so she can continue to get high at work?

you actually bit on that.

You have subordinates but have to rely on answers from strangers on an LSU themed website for guidance on this?

If she does something that gets herself hurt she will want to blame it on the company later after it is too late to take blood samples.

If she does something to get another employee hurt, the company will be responsible.

An investigation will show the OP's negligence in not reporting a potentially dangerous situation.

He's a fricking manager at this place, wherever it is. It is his damn business.

Some of you beta bitches who want to pass the buck or ignore it are pathetic. But I guess it takes peons like some of yall to get the grunt work done and not have to make any decisions.
