Hell yeah she did! Wouldn't have been a senior trip without her. Everybody loved my mom in high school, except for some stuck up girls, but mostly she was awesome.

Even the kids who went on cruises had a few parents go. I don't think I know a single person who went on one without parents.

And after Natalie Holloway, I don't think non-parental pressence being there simply in case of an emergency no longer happens, at least if you're leaving the country to drink legally. It really wasn't a big deal.

After Natalie Holloway (who I am one year younger than), no way in hell were they going to allow us not to be chaperoned in Cancun.

I never understand this. People hear about people dying in car wrecks on a regular basis and no one up and decides to take away the keys from their kids, but something that you rarely hear about happening.. but when it does happen, it becomes a huge story.. Then everyone becomes all worried.

It's not really the dudes they're concerned about. It's the chicks. I think my mom would have allowed me to go to Cancun alone for a senior trip. My sister though. No way in hell. So you can have a senior trip without parents, it will just initially be a sausage fest. Sure you can hook up from there, and the most reckless parents will allow their daughters to go, but it really cuts into it.

Someone's freaking mom on their senior trip. This only reenforces two stereotypes of today's society.

1. The younger generations are successively becoming more and more pussified.

2. Helicopter parents are out of control.

Maybe they've lightened up since my day, but most the chicks that wanted to go on the senior trip had parents that didn't allow them to go at all. It was the year after Natalie Holloway, which you'll remember Greta Van Sutrin and Nancy Grace camped down in Aruba for a solid year covering that. It was very fresh on everyone's minds.

I was before that and don't remember anyone thinking twice about sending 20 of us to Cancun for a week with no parents.

Hot moms went in our class. I tried the entire week to get the slutty one into bed.

Honestly, as many times as I implied it, I'm surprised she didn't frick me just to get some peace and quiet

I don't have kids but I'd gladly chaperone a few 18-year-old girls if it meant keeping them safe from the all the perverts out there.

What kind of cuck would allow their wife to go on senior trip with their kids? Also, what kind of whore mom would feel it's her place to go? Very odd.

Sounds like just an excuse for moms to get away to party.

Without a doubt, there's gonna be some moms getting the D. Probably of the just recently graduated high school variety.

A bunch of us did a cruise for our senior trip. One of the guys who went...his parents went on the cruise with us. However...they were treating it as their own vacation and not to watch us. They were just there in case we needed them. We never saw them much during the cruise.

Only time I saw them was after I got my wallet stolen in Cozumel.

Went to Cancun in '99 for our senior trip. There were no adults. We were drinking ghb on the plane ride down there. It was a complete shitshow the entire time. Lots of trips to the K&B pharmacy. How did we live through that?
