Kenilworth- Derby Walnut

These are the shoes I recently purchased and I do not regret it one bit. They are amazing and very comfortable. You will not regret buying a high quality shoe that will last a long time

im loving the prices on those, and they look pretty nice to me, anyone else have any input on them?

J&M has been my dress shoe for the last 4 years. Love them. Not terribly priced. Very durable and one of the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn.

Johnston & Murphy has become my go-to as well... wearing a pair right now in fact. They seem to hold up very well, just need a little polishing because the toes tend to get scuffed up when I wear them.

I wore my Johnston and Murphy's to the store when I bought my Allen Edmonds. There's a big difference in quality (at least from the pair that I owned to the pair that I bought).

Bought CH loafers for years. Soles wear out in 6 months. Got tired of paying $200. Went to Shoe Carnival and bought a pair of Nunn Bush for $70...just as comfortable and way more durable.

Get yourself some of the walnut polish. AE sells it in a tube which dispenses it right into a foam tip, so you just directly apply it. Buff it out 5 minutes later and you're golden.

Mercanti Florentinis are the best bet. Get on DSW.com and look around. They usually have good deals.

This is a solid brand right here. I have three pair in my closet and I absolutely love them. You will not be disappointed.

I have a pair of cole haan oxfords. I like them alot because you can send them in to get re-soled when the soles wear out.

Crockett & Jones or John Lobb are much better than Alden... But I can't afford any of those.

Also AE is my go to shoe but their quality did drop a little when they got bought out

Allen Edmonds. They're having their annual rediscover America sale, which is the best price you'll get site-wide all year. A lot of their shoes are running $250 during the sale, and they're much, much better than Cole Haan, with goodyear welting...meaning they'll last a lifetime.

This is the correct answer. I now own 4 pairs. There might be better shoes out there, but from a value perspective, I can think of none better than AE.

I just picked up these puppies this week:

If AE are too expensive for you, pick up some Johnston and Murphy shoes. I've owned several of these and they'll last you a good long while. Under no circumstances would I buy Cole Haan, but that's just me.

Allen Edmonds

I like the style and price on these, until I read the reviews. No shortage of people calling the quality of these shoes into question.

AE are good.

I like Magnanni's, personally.
