Seven Oaks or Prairie Oaks on 73 in Prairieville. The road construction will someday end.

Prairieville North of Airline is still pretty trashy

FIFY
We love our neighborhood on 73 north of airline. Houses are $275-$350 but we don't want BR trash in our hood

What areas? Gardere area has been a shithole for most of Kennilworth's and Oak Hill's existence. What else?

Directly across Siegen from Oak Hills are some less than desirable houses and the northeast quadrant of Perkins and Siegen...lots of lower income housing.

Village St George where I was born Is shite, quail Ridge is still good as is Briar Ridge(backs up to Highland road Park). You need to give me streets you are interested in by name. Not to sound cocky but fact is I know these hoods better than anyone else (and better than some real estate agent) who will chime in here.

Old Mill or Dutchtown Pointe are in that range and are both great neighborhoods in Geismar/Dutchtown

When it crosses over Bayou Manchac at Santa Maria it becomes Prairieville and goes all the way to Airline where Walmart is and crosses over and Ts off at Old Jefferson.

It's Perkins East,Baton Rouge,LA until Parish line. Then it's Perkins Rd, Prairieville,la.

Pizza boys know. Don't fret tho. Everyone thinks it's old Perkins.
