Seems like eating what naturally is grown or roams

No wheat, no gluten, no processed food

I know a guy at work paying like $170 a week to have all his meals cooked for him on this diet. Not sure if it's working, but the food looks pretty good.

Yes.

Have I?

I'm not a woman. I don't diet.

I did 2 years ago and dropped almost 50lbs. It's not bad but be prepared to do a lot of cooking.

A diet is whatever you eat

For what? That all depends on your goals. I'd say if you wanted to lose weight, there are a lot cheaper and less time consuming methods.

Yeah, kinda but I wasn't strict. I still lost about 15 pounds in 12 weeks. The problem with it is that the food gets boring. You can live your life on it, but you won't want to.

There's no evidence people actually ate this way back in the day, it's pure speculation. But if it floats your boat go ahead.

Oh, and do you even crossfit?

Yes, dropped 60lbs and kept it off. Cost me about $65 a week on groceries. I highly recommend it.

I did it from about mid January for about 30 days and went from about 218 to ~206. That wasn't even on an especially strict paleo diet.

I cut out almost all dairy except for real butter and much smaller glasses of milk with breakfast, all rice and potatoes (except sweet potatoes), breads, sugars and products with soy.

Some friends do it. Looks like a pain in the arse if you want variety, but the food they cook is pretty damn good.

I'm a fan of a diet that would allow me to eggs and bacon and steak and asparagus every day.
