Thanks for your guess. You're probably right. Most of them just aren't saying.

They could be praying for the kid's family members, or they could be praying that Mr. Tharpe doesn't spend too much time in the pen.

He sure seems to have a large following of the praying type. I wonder if this a church function of some type?

Idk, it kind of goes both ways. Yes the kid should have been buckled, and the cages/doors should have been attached. But a 4seater ranger is a lot heavier and has a lower center of gravity, also a lot harder to whip around and do donuts, and so generally thought of as safer, and not that easy to flip. My bet is that if this guy was sober he wasn't accounting for the sand not reacting the way the mud would, sand, especially wet sand has a much harder bite to it, depending on whether it was lifted and what kind of tires it had on it, this could quite possibly be an accident, though one that could have possibly been prevented. Everything really probably depends at this point on how sober the driver was. Either way, it's important to know the bike you're riding and the terrain you're riding on before you start pushing the limits.

There is a pic of a UTV on WBRZ web site with the story. Don't know if it is the UTV in the accident but I guessing yes since it's a ranger and a cop car is in the back ground.

Hopefully, if the mother and dad work, they will be able to take more time off then any company usually gives for the loss of an immediate relative. It's usually one day, LOL! I returned to work 5 days after my son's death. It was very, very hard. I'm not even sure how competent I really was for the first two,or three years after his death. Took me about eight years to come to terms with his death and even now, 11 years later, some days are still very hard to get through.
