re: PuttaDaForkDown v2.0 - georgia
35 at one time is my record, but I'm a fat kid, don't judge by me. I'm best at sit-ups, for whatever reason. Some of the ab centered stuff still hurts my neck since the accident, anything that requires holding my head a few inches off the ground basically, so I usually do sit-ups in the pl...

Any of you guys doing strict keto (or when you were strict with it) notice an upswing in muscle cramps? For me mostly my feet, and arms. Definitely going to need to find some better potassium sources I guess. ...

Have you tried [link=(https://youtu.be/41N6bKO-NVI)]Bring Sally Up[/link] yet? We do this, but not just straight push-ups, we start here and then do lunges, plankups, squats (and dips if the trainer has had a bad day ) It's a killer, but you will sweat. ...

You can IF in the evening too, can't you? As long as you keep all your macros in a 6-8 hour window, your body will adjust? I'm pretty certain I read that somewhere when researching this mess. :dunno: ...

I don't think I could hit 1800 if I tried. I am a female, 5'10 257. I do strength training two days a week and walk/run/jog 3-5 miles 3 days with 2 rest days. I read that as long as you caloric deficit wasn't over 35% you could stay out of starvation mode successfully? ...
don't count fiber. so we eat things like this
Oh, zero net carbs, gotcha. I'm fitting my macros pretty well so far, and I'm goal set for 1500 Cals per day, the calculator said 1800 for a 20% deficit, but that didn't seem like enough for me; so I dropped it myself to 150...

Bench dips hurt my hands/wrists, and I can never get through as many as I want to in a set and it makes me mad. Did 3.3 miles run/jog/walk tonight that I had t planned for, so I should sleep well tonight. Hah! I run slower than dial-up, but I'm running and that's enough for me. ...
I have never done a crossover so may get sketchy.
then just do weighted flys, bent over, seated, and lunge fly's (lunge down and fly while you're in lunge position), rotated. your chest will hate you, but your tits will look great. :pimp: ...

Egg roll in a bowl we call that one(or something similar) at my house. It's good stuff. Crushed 983 kcals in a 55:00 session tonight, I have calories left for the day, but the macros can stand where they are, I'm too tired to eat. shower, bed, sleep are my only priorities tonight. ...
for crushing my one day
This thought is what keeps me on track. With keto it takes me a full two days to get back in after I knock myself out, so when I think if something is worth having two days of effort that's essentially wasted, It just never is. I have higher carb days occ...
