Robin Williams hands down. Just the way it happened was shocking for me. Also the time period that it happened.

I don't see why the death of a person you've never met would get to you, but I was disappointed that Heath died.

I wanted to see what he could do as the Joker again.
Sometimes it's just the nature of the death. It may hit close to home or something.

Robin Williams without a doubt. Still can't believe he's gone. Iconic roles, hilarious personality, and a great actor. Couldn't look at him without smiling when he was on stage or giving an interview.

Stuart Scott was tough as well. A pioneer in his field and seemingly a genuinely nice, well intentioned guy.

Owen Hart has been mentioned, though I was never a huge fan.

I was sad when Dale Earnhart died ... not because I was a huge fan ... but because it made many of my closest friends very sad.

I was sad when Macho Man Randy Savage died.

I was sad when The American Dream passed away recently.

I tend to be more sad about these deaths whenever they are associated with people that I recognize from my childhood and teens.

I saw today where the hot blonde Amanda Peterson from "Can't Buy Me Love" had died at 43.

That makes me sad.

Oh ... and, I guess because of Bad Santa ... when I think of John Ritter being gone ... I always think of poor 'ole Bernie Mac being gone as well.
