This all started with Liberals thinking College players were not getting a fair shake. As far as the 5 Major conferences that was not the case at all.

Now watch and see what they do. They make bad laws because they do not have a clue then make more laws or regulations to make it worse. By that I mean they try to fix it.

Instead of undoing the whole thing and doing it right because that would be admitting they were wrong.

I think a lot of people want players that actually want to play for their school. That isn’t just there because of NIL money. Then that player wants more money at the end of the year or will transfer out without any consequences. You can argue for the good and bad points of it. Regardless, these are major changes to college football that a lot, maybe even majority, of fans aren’t sure of.

It was a unanimous Supreme Court decision that opened Pandora’s box

Imagine that, all those unemployed Art History majors not putting a value on CFB players getting a free education.

Do you think coaches should be able to take other jobs? What about a regular student, should they not be able to change schools?

What monetary penalty are the players paying when they transfer? I mean, if you want to play the “well coaches do it l game, fine, but you need to at least be consistent. If these players are receiving NIL money then they need to have contractual obligations, just like coaches, just like the pros. Why do we pay them like pros but still baby them with “their just kids” routine?
