Doesn't make a ton of sense but i agree that it needs to be Pence just based on the fact he's under team control longer than this year

He said Simmons would likely be included in a Pence deal.
He talked more about the Mets though since it was a NY station. Said it would be Minor and two low-mid level prospects since the Braves wouldn't be able to offer Beltran arbitration.

in an interview on MLB network today i heard the Royals GM say that Melky isn't going anywhere. OF market is really shallow this season.

I just don't get this at all. Pence just doesn't fit at all. DOB and Bowman have both said that Heyward is not going to change positions no matter what, so I guess it would be Prado or Pence in CF?

If we give up Minor for a 3 month rental I am going to go ahead and invite anyone living in Atlanta to meet me at the corner of Ponce and Peachtree the day following the trade so that we can all head down to the Ted together and burn down Frank Wren's office.
