Starter struggles and can only make it into the 5th inning, but the game is still somewhat manageable. Who do you put in?

I realize that it is just one game, and it's in arguably the most hitter friendly park in the league, but it is something that can and likely will come up in the playoffs. If we have to go to the pen in the 5th or 6th, who do you send out there? Hopefully Moylan shakes off the rust without any issues. Right now we only have the 3 guys who are reliable though.
