Weird story. Sounds like he was on something or drunk or she wouldn't have called the cops. I'm sure more will come out.

There's more to this story. He was going somewhere. Maybe he didn't tell his wife. Maybe he did.
The whole nonspecific "female friend" at their house watching movies at night just seems odd. I don't know anyone who does that married in their late 30s.
Maybe she was a whore and he had just dropped her off and the wife didn't want to let that out.

I only read the quoted part. I agree that 30 minutes is stupid fast to call the cops to report someone missing who isn't a child, but what I read doesn't say when she called. Ie him crashing at 11pm is irrelevant if she didn't know he crashed and she called at say 1AM or something to report him missing. Didn't see in the article when she was notified of the crash, and therefore she mat have reported him missing well after the crash occurred

They were having some sort of threesome, things go wrong and the chick has a guy pick her up. Bironas is pissed and goes after them. The 911 call is from the girl, "some guy is trying to run us off the road, we don't eve know him." Who says that unless they know him and don't want the police to know?
