re: Joakim Noah suspended 20 games for banned substance - Boomshockalocka
Under new CBA he wouldn't suspended but it doesn't take effect til July 1. Unknowingly took a banned supplement. ...

re: Boston with top 3 pick, who do they draft? - Boomshockalocka
No team looking to win a title would trade for Westbrook. His hero ball style and lack of D will never win a title. ...

Don't let Hayes not missing the second free throw distract you from the fact that harden destroyed the Westbrook For MVP movement tonight. ...

PG. Can't win a title with Thomas as your best player. Too much of a liability defensively. They need to move on from him. Will be tough for singe though bc he has reached cult status up there. ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
Towns had a pretty slow start but has come on really strong. The advanced stuff is a wash. TBH neither one of them have that killer instinct that I like to see. Towns seems too nice. Davis just a little soft. ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
Top 6 are clear. I know a lot of GMs favor KAT over Davis. Embiid would be right there if he was healthy. He is basically a prime cousins with better defense and higher percentages. As a rookie. :wha:...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
He's not top 10 anymore bc of the emergence of a couple other guys but if you go back a couple years he was clearly just outside that top tier of players around the 10 spot. No one can say Paul didn't have enough help ever. ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
It was James idea. He hand picked most of their signings and trade targets. And what we get is a team who is gonna likely lose to an all time great team in WCF. oh well. Just prob not quite good enough. An MVP and top offense of all time is Surely a heluva lotta fun to watch every night tho. ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
Chris Paul has never even been to the conference finals in how many years in the league? It only took James only a couple years to take a team there once he had his own squad. Paul is the most overrated leader in the game. The results don't back it up and then you hear about how grating he ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
James leadership is enough to carry a team of career role players to one of the best offenses in league history. And as we are learning every day, his GM skills are elite too when we read about him cherry picking the guys he wanted to add to the squad. ...

re: Westbrook, kyrie, or curry for the last shot - Boomshockalocka
Paul was good to play 45 minutes in the game 7. 26 pts. 10 assists. Etc. Pretty good box score game. But as we've seen his whole career in the biggest games he hasn't been able to carry his team over the hump. His leadership abilities weren't good enough to get his guys to refocus after the game 6 ...

Doc sat him the first two games Einstein. That means he averaged 40mpg in the games he played. Clearly hurt MUCH worse than Steph who had MRIs on 4 different body parts that revealed issues. When you siding w shel it's time to take a good hard look at your stance js. ...

Heard interesting news on russ lately. Current NBA player said Russ forced KD out of OKC bc he wanted his own team. Was Willing to sacrifice wins in order to get his and not have to share shots. Added that he wasn't deserving of MVP. Curious as to how prevalent this line of thinking is around the l...

re: Tell me about living in Miami - Boomshockalocka
South beach is like the French quarter. Overrun with tourists and a lot of people who live there don't really go there all that often. Brickell and coconut grove are two great neighbourhoods for a young professional type to live. Wynwood Is great too but not as livable IMO. . Tons of good breweries ...
