*exactly*

It's been my contention all along that Wing wasn't so much taunting as expressing honest disbelief and astonishment...

I took that test - in a hurry - and I think it is totally bogus.

It is more about conditioning on which side to click rather than anything to do with the thought process.

When you are asked to make the opposite response to the same image it takes a few instances to get rid of the previously learned response - especially when the instructions are to 'react as soon as possible' - 'results will not be recorded if you are too slow.'

I messed up on about 1/4 of the first batch after the switch, but none of the second batch.

Now they are interpreting that as 'preferences' for the erroneous inputs = bullshite.

Great rule in the enforces sportsmanlike behavior. Caoches need to teach their players to be classy and not do the Deon High Step or the Mark Gastineau sack dance. Wing's infraction was puny, if that

That's my point. I'm all for sportsmanlike behavior, but some of the posters have equated Wing's action to true taunting. But what Wing did was just a part of the joy of the game. If people re-watch it they say it literally lasts a split second. His actions were nothing like the throat slash, getting in someone's face, etc.

There is absolutely no way any rational football fan would agree (whether it's a bad rule or bad enforcement) that points should be taken off the board for what that kid did.

You are so wrong on so many levels. Why have you made this a race issue? The only comparison that was made about JJ was the fact that he could learn some public relations from this meaning that he could take responsibility for his actions as Wing has. White, black, green or yellow, none of this was ever mentioned by CBtullis, YOU turned it into a race issue and for that you are completely wrong.

I think it is a strong possibility that he goes down in history as the only person to ever have this penalty called against him.
I don't think refs are going to ever call this again due to the backlash and the rule is changed at the end of the season.

It's sad he has to blame himself for a ref poorly interpreting a bad rule and throwing a flag on something only barely noticeable when not on slow motion replay.

Don't blame the ref. Silly rule. Absolutely, but it was a totally appropriate call.

I was more pissed when the head SEC official said that it wouldn't have been called if it was a close game. That is complete BS.

That's what gets to me. He was so happy! This kind of thing may never happen to him again, at least in college - or ever. And then he raised his arms and it was "unsportsmanlike conduct".

This x100. How often do punters score a td, I think Wing was just excited and the smile says it all.

chinese bandit. The test is very valid and they have raised many millions of dollars. If I understand you correctly the delay was on the test's part and that is part of processing. Your delay may have been dementia. j/k :)

This...I simply cannot believe they didn't allow that TD!!! Again, he was not taunting anyone!! Total bullshite call! He was just excited about probably a once in a lifetime chance to score a TD!

Sadly I would say it was a good call for a fing stupid fricking rule
