That looks very, very similar to the 5x5 workout. I've done the 5x5 and saw big gains in strength and added 20lbs. in 12 weeks.

I don't know why you guys want to use this workout unless you are actively in some sort of sport.
I did most of that work out for a while because it was part of my program. Where it is a tough workout and will get you in shape. It still leaves a bit to be desired when compared to a body building workout. Hell even when I did that workout with my groups I still did my own workout to pick up the "gaps" that it left.
Having said that if you want to walk around with big legs and big traps by all means get the workout and start doing all of the Olympic lifts that the workout involves. Also take note that these lifts are difficult and very dangerous if not performed properly.

I pretty much do the same workout:
15 push ups
20 side straddle hops AND
30 situps (timed, within 3 minutes)
15 push ups

I also will occasionally roll my arms in a circular motion for 10 seconds.
THEN:
I will roll my arms COUNTER CLOCKWISE for an additional 10 seconds.
