re: Sixers have informed Ben Simmons they'll take him #1 - AlexLSU
He's a great looking prospect for his age in terms of build and skill set. I think he'll be a really good NBA player for a long time, but I worry about his leadership. Even though he gets guys involved, he seems "me first." Not sure if Philadelphia is the best place to correct that kind of behavior...

re: 2011 Tigers are the Equivalent to the 2016 Golden State Warriors - AlexLSU
There's more parallels to the 05 USC team than 11 LSU, but hey, us LSU fans love moral victories right?! 16 Warriors - Cali team - Most talked about regular season ever - Most talented team in the league - Regular season MVP on the team - Upstaged by another guy in the MVP conversation who ...

re: Looks like "The Big O" was right after all - AlexLSU
I agree with parts of O's argument, but saying teams should pick him up 3/4 court isn't realistic and devalues his underlying point. Curry is a more dominant regular season player for three reasons (outside of him just being really good at basketball). 1. You obviously are playing different team...

re: Statistic leaders in the 2016 NBA Finals - AlexLSU
He's also playing more minutes than everyone, and although I don't have the stats handy, I'd bet he's the leader in PER and defensive efficiency as well. His turnovers are way down these last two games as well, which is astonishing given the amount of time he has the ball in his hands. He has domina...

re: So this is the worst NBA Finals series to go 7 games, right? - AlexLSU
Even though there's been blowouts, I'd say most people would prefer watching this series than 2005 San Antonio and Detroit. Those weren't exactly fun teams to watch ...

re: Curry fouls out for the first time in 3 years - AlexLSU
If he actually watched the game, he played stupid, risky defense tonight. Why even try something when you have 5 fouls? He's been in foul trouble most of the series, he's shot poorly, he's clearly rattled, but there's a conspiracy? He must be in on it ...

re: NBA Finals Game 6: Who ya got? - AlexLSU
I like Cleveland in a close game. I think you see a more balanced attack with Love/Smith/Thompson getting in double figures. The Warriors have a great chance to win this game because they're simply the better team, but Cleveland has to be a confident team right now. Thompson and Lebron have to have ...

re: Are Warrior fans better off NOT booing Lebron if the series reaches to Game 7? - AlexLSU
I just find it comical as hell that Steph's wife is tweeting petty shit, Klay's dad is salty as frick on the radio, Draymond is punching men in the dick, yet LeBron is the bitch.
People are morons. I love watching the Warriors because they play beautiful, team basketball, but they'v...

re: 41/16/7/3/3 - AlexLSU
He waited too late to be playing like he should be in the Finals.
I think we'd all like to see Lebron play more aggressively, but his performance last night isn't something you can just replicate. He was hitting from everywhere, and Kyrie being on freed up a lot of space for him ...

re: 41/16/7/3/3 - AlexLSU
Game 6 at Boston was bigger. The mental toughness to go out and play the way he did on the road, elimination on the line, and after the way 2011 ended makes it one of the best performances in NBA history. There was talk about breaking up the big 3 going into that game.
Not sure you...
