Chins/lat circuit - depends o your level of strength but for most it was 10 chin ups, followed by 10 pull ups, 10 parallel hands pull ups, 10 "climber pull ups" (you grab with a wide grip and pull towards your right hand then your left so on.

Skullies are triceps skull crushers/french press.

Complex I- is a circuit of snatch high pull, hang snatch, and squat to press

Complex I

Chins hammer circuit is the same as the previous circuit but substitute hammer curls set of 10 for the last two sets of pull ups.
