We're already over 1/4 of the way through the season and Harris' average is so far below 200 a game that he would need to average ~240 per game from here on out to bring his average up to 200...and thats not going to happen.

Anyone expecting these numbers is nuts. LSU is ground and pound with 15 throws a game on third and long

To be honest, I don't care how we win if we just win. If riding Fournette for 200 YPG is what brings us to the playoff, then I'm all for it. If we pass then get sacked, then maybe we shouldn't be getting away from what works.

Just like last season right? The people who spew this line are ignorant. Look how many yards we ran for against these last season

Why not? He's had some dropped passes and tad bit off the mark throws. He could easily have over 100 yds more on the season.

Yes he might have a game or two with 200, but he's not going to average that for the season. Think about how much more we passed in 2011, yet jLee still only averaged 150y/g

What people don't seem to get that having a RB like Fournette HELPS your passing game. We have to get it going. Our receivers have got to stop dropping balls, and our line has to pass protect better.

....which might have something to do with the fact that we are #125 in pass attempts

....which might have something to do with the fact that we are #7 in rushing offense and have the best RB in the nation

.....and might be the reason are the only team in the nation without an offensive turnover

.....and undefeated

Because we won't call enough pass plays. There may be a few games when we have to throw it 20-25 times, but Miles is perfectly content throwing it 15 times as long as we're winning.

BH throwing designed roll out run/pass plays will keep DL's guessing. He can throw on the run. Just do it!

We're moving the chains, that's what matters. Yesterday we put 150 yards of passing together with 280 yards rushing. Nothing wrong with that.

Stupid statement.
1 are you asking if we learned from one of the best seasons in the history of lsu how not to do something?

2 do you see a team with bamas 2011 d in college football this year and is lf not far superior to any back we had in 2011?

I can't wait for us to go undefeated and win the nc throwing the ball 15-20 times a game the entire year while rushing for over 300 and passing for over 150. This is the best potential on offense we have had under miles and it is the style he loves. Just wait. Against ole miss, they will throw the ball 45 times and we will run it 45 times and we will win. Book it
