using all that LSU has to offer...training facilities, trainers, weight rooms, etc...but its ridiculous to want him to fulfill his commitment to LSU?

Or more likely, he'll be wearing something other than team assigned warm-ups and all hell will break loose.

May be mis-leading....LF is not sitting out. He is injured and has been for some time.

Whereas MC of Stanford is sitting out....no real reason except selfish imho.

Describe what LSU and his teammates are missing in this regard.

Please be specific.

How do we know he won't travel there on his own dime? And if he doesn't, who fricking cares? Will you think that much more of him because you see a 10 second clip of him standing on the sideline in Orlando? I mean, obviously if he looks stern and doesn't smile or laugh. Otherwise, he's not taking it seriously and has double-quit.

You are lost. Keep trying but you are digging a deeper hole. To not think he should be at the game to support the team is a joke. I'll say it again for the 100th time, I hope and expect he'll be there.

I already said I wouldn't care

but I've also been under the assumption that LF doesn't really care for O and that has been the driver for some of his actions

Great. All I've said all along is I hope he's there and it would be shitty if he's not? Wtf is wrong with you?!

Nothing is wrong with me. All of this faux outrage is based upon the ridiculous premise he won't be at the game. Fournette has said himself he will be in Orlando. So why do we have countless multiple page threads with the implied assumption he won't be at the game to support the team? All he has said is he won't be playing but will be at the game. And another blurb that has, for whatever reason been overlooked, is that Orgeron said he's on pace to graduate in May. Not that I think he will graduate in May, but if he's on pace to graduate in 3 years, he clearly hadn't checked out on his responsibilities as an LSU student and "checked out" in preparation for the draft all season.

Honestly I'm just ready to move on at this point. LF was a great Tiger and I hope he has a great pro career but it's time to move on.

People are spending so much time talking about the guy who isn't playing, I'm ready to watch the guy who is playing, #5. He's pretty good. This Citrus Bowl could be a great opportunity for him to tear it up on a national stage. Next season with Canada I think he has a legitimate chance to win the Heisman.

They've already said they don't have a problem with him not being there. Clearly they are selfish dbags that have never played for a team.

Oh wait....now you throw this unsubstantiated claim out? What makes you think Buga doesnt like O?

And besides, IF this were true, wouldn't it make LF look like some kinda spoiled, petty bitch? I mean, I dont see the man as that kind of guy but appearances can be deceiving.

I'm not saying he shouldn't. I'm saying I wouldn't fricking care because I... you know... have a life and stuff. There could be any 1000s of reasons he wouldn't travel, many of which have nothing to do with football and/or his dedication of lack thereof to his team.

So you're just outraged as frick over something you don't think will happen. Cool life.

Says the guy throwing a hissy fit over something that hasn't and probably won't happen with another person's life. Oh sweet, sweet, irony.

This is my point- If he was injured all season, why not just shut it down and truly heal? After the Alabama game ALL the games were meaningless relative to team goals..

I'm not blaming the guy for doing what is best for him and his family, nobody can.. Just saying the level of bowl game should not dictate if a player stays on the team or not- and that's what this looks like.
